Excel - option to select the same header for mutliple tabs
It would be a nice feature in excel if you wanted the same header across
multiple tabs to be able to select that as an option instead of copying/pasting in each tab manually. ---------------- This post is a suggestion for Microsoft, and Microsoft responds to the suggestions with the most votes. Excel - option to select the same header for mutliple tabs
You can do this by grouping sheets together. Assuming you have your
header set up on Sheet1, then select this sheet. Hold down the CTRL-key and select the other sheets that you want this header applied to. Click File | Page Setup | Header/Footer | Custom Header (as if to edit what you have) then OK. You can un-group the sheets by right-clicking one of the sheet tabs. You should then find that all the sheets you had selected have the same header now. Hope this helps.
