I have Excel 97 and recently I have had to reload all of my programs - My
problem- I have the disc and book, but not the original jacket with the cdkey - I do have the product id# and know that my product was registered with Microsoft - how do I get my cdkey number to reload my program - please help - thank you :) |

You will need to contact the computer vendor as it sounds like an OEM
version of the software. Was the reloading of programs the result of a complete re-format and re-install of the OS? If so, you may be able to contact MS and explain the situation.
