Here is an alternative to the lookup function: =CHOOSE((AA1029)+(AA1034)+(AA1039)+(AA1044)+(A A1049)+(AA1054)+ (AA1059)+(AA1064)+(AA10=69)+(AA10=74)+(AA1079 )+(AA1089)+1, "F","E","D-","D","C-","C","C+","B-","B","B+","A-","A","A+") BTW, What happen to D+?
