Default Harvard Referencing System for books

When using book referencing systems on the Internet, you often have to
convert many different book referencing systems to the Harvard
Referencing System.
My question is,
Is there some Macro or something in Excel 97 which would automatically
convert different book referencing systems to the Harvard Referencing
System?
Regards.
