date? You should not.

ToolsOptionsTransition.

Uncheck the Transition Formula Entry box.

Uncheck the other two boxes while in there. No need for these unless you want
to emulate Lotus.

19205E00043 doesn't look like any sort of date. The 'E' in the
data indicates "power of 10" so Excel is interpreting the data as
19205*10^43.
