Default How to write parameter query with "or is null" criteria

Excel Office 2003
I am trying to use multiple parameters where the user can leave any given
parameter blank and it will return the record-set. When I attempt to use a
Or "Like [Enter Year:] is null" and run the query, it returns a syntax error
