I want to work on my i12 investments. However everytime I do so I need to
use 12 diferent pass words. Is there a way to have them all in one folder where I can place all my files who also have their onw names and numbers. Pls indicate how can this be done. Some one suggested the use Excel sheets i, 2, 3, etc, but I don't know how to do it. Pls e-mail me your answer. Sorry it took me more than 4 letters |

In Excel, you can click on Insert in the upper toolbar, then select
Worksheet, and this will create a new worksheet each time you do it.....they will be sequentially numbered. If you wish to change the SheetName, Right-click on it and select Rename, and then type the new name and press Enter. Then the data from each of your old Sheets can be copyied and pasted into each new sheet, assuming of course that those sheets are not to large in filesize. If they are, then under Program Control, you can call in each file, one at a time, and invoke the passwords while doing it, and then processing thatindividual file, then closing it and calling in the next...... but this takes a relatively significant effort in macros. hth Vaya con Dios, Chuck, CABGx3 "Kleberman" wrote: I want to work on my i12 investments.
