Hi Marc,
if this is multiple choice: Yes
If this is an essay: Yes, with macros

Your question is much too broad for a newsgroup, though you would find

look for use of word Hide in shortcuts

to unhide hidden rows:
select all cells (Ctrl+A except in Excel 2003 use Ctrl+Shift+SpaceBar)
or select the rows from
before hidden area through after hidden rows then Format, rows, unhide
