Default what is an assumption area?

There's nothing in XL specifically named an "assumption area".

For any particular model, there may be a region on the worksheet that is
used to enter assumptions and constraints...

It is the large fenced off range, near the main access road,
where the assumptions are kept before being sent to slaughter.
