Default How do I open a new window for each excel application?

I need to have multiple windows for multiple applications to be able to
bounce back and forth between them. I'm excel illiterate and I need help

As you specifically mention Excel, perhaps you mean back and forth between
workbooks. If so, it is Ctl-F6.
