One way is to Highlight all data you want sorted in both columns. Click
on Data then Sort. Set the sort order to Column B and select if you
have a header or not and tell it to sort. This should do what you
want.

Hope it helps.

Yes that worked well,
But I need to keep the original data in its original order and on another
sheet i need the same data in the sorted state. Any thoughts?

Ashley

Right-click the sheet tab Click 'Move or Copy'.
Put a checkmark in 'Create a copy', click OK.

You now have 2 identical sheets.
Sort one of them, leave the other unsorted!

Hope this helps.
