Default list on new sheet

CAN SOMEONE HELP

HERE IS MY DATA

and so on

column c and d are activities the person has to complete and the date under
this is the latest it has to be completed, along the completed rows are the
dates they were completed. What i have it doing using cond format is
background goes black of the cell if within 60 days and yellow if it has a
completed date in.
what i am after on a seperate sheet is a list of all that are within 60 days
and not been completed

like this
