It looks as though the column width is too narrow to accommodate the
information in the cell.

Click on the cell (or column or row) and <Format <Column or <Row (as
appropriate) <AutoFit selection

Come back if that doesn't solve the problem.

Regards.

Hi Bill;

unable to resolve my problem.

what i actually did was i pre-adjusted the column length, merged row 1,2 and
3 on that desired column. keyed in my series of numbers, ##### sign appear.

i actually adjust the column and row size- auto fit, but problem still
unsolved.
sorry to ask if u follow the way i did, does this problem arise to you.

Can i have a more briefed detail to solve this

Thankx, i appreciate it

Give more detail as to what EXACTLY what you're trying to do.

Is 132 in A1, 133 in A2 and 134 in A3 and so on? What do you mean by
"I merged it and entered the desired numbers"? Are you trying to put
more than one number in the merged cell or are you trying to merge cells
with data already in them. Your post isn't very clear. Remember we can't
see what you see. Give us details.

Preformat that cell as Text or start your entry with a leading apostrophe:

'123,123,123,123,123,123,123...
