Default flip worksheet from horizontal to vertical

How can I flip an entire worksheet and data so that the column headings across the top become vertical on the left side and all the data flips accordingly

Try this:
Select the range (cannot be more than 256 rows)
EditCopy
Switch to Cell A1 on a new worksheet (just to be safe)
EditPaste Special
Select: Transpose
Click the [OK] button

Does that help?

If you have less than 256 rows you can CopyPaste SpecialTransposeOKEsc

More than 256 rows would require some VBA to manipulate the data.
