Need Help with Excel page numbering
The problem with multiple worksheets is that... Let's say you have a workbook with 3 worksheets. You want to print page numbers sequentially across all three (3) worksheets, BUT you also want the page numbering to begin at, say for example, 5. For the example, say worksheet #1 has 2 pages, worksheet #2 has 3 pages, and worksheet #3 has 5 pages. Thus the pages should be numbered: Worksheet #1: 5, 6 Worksheet #2: 7, 8, 9 Worksheet #3: 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 Excel does not appear to have the ability to do this. When I set to "Auto" on the "Start Page Numbering" field, it starts at 1, and I don't see a way to modify this. If I set that field to a particular number, all worksheets start at that page number (Worksheet #1's first page is "5" as well as Worksheet #2's first page is set to "5" etc.,) Any suggestions? -- uclabennett ------------------------------------------------------------------------ uclabennett's Profile: http://www.excelforum.com/member.php...o&userid=27837 View this thread: http://www.excelforum.com/showthread...hreadid=199746 |
