Default How to sort a list correctly?

HI,

whenever I sort my list in excel it all gets messed up. What am I doing wrong?

Is there something I can do to stop this happening?

THanks in advance

Hi
try selecting the entire data range before sorting (Use 'Data - Sort'
for this)
