Default File is "Reserved"

I have an inherited spreadsheet that is password protected. I enter the
password then another dialog box pops up saying that this file is
"reserved". I enter the password again and the file opens. How do I get rid
of the "reserved" box?

Can you quickly copy the data out to a new workbook?

Or clear out the Temp directories on the computer that Excel says it is
reserved
for.
c:\windows\temp and c:\Documents & settings\<user name\Local settings\Temp

You will need to set windows explorer to show hidden and system files.
Then reboot.
