Hi,
This is a tricky question to explain. I have a spreadsheet which has many columns of numbers in currency format. I am trying to minimise the column widths so that I can see more of them without having to scroll right / left. If I have a number £2500.00, I can format it as £2.5K. If its value is £2501.00, I can format it as £2501. If its value is £2501.36, I have to format it as £2501.36. I know how to format numbers & this is not a problem, but is there anyway of automatically formatting a number to use the minimum column width? .. With thanks KK |
