When copying and pasting data with colums from Excel to Word the colums
appear expanded and my picture is off the sheet. Word thinks it is ok. Word will not shrink to fit. |

If you don't mind pasting it as a picture instead of an Excel worksheet
object (which Word defaults to), you could ensure that it shows up the same as it appears in Excel by pasting it as a picture. After copying from Excel, in Word select Edit / Paste Special, and then choose one of the picture formats. If the resulting picture is still going off the screen in word, you could resize the picture to make it smaller, or just select fewer columns in Excel. -Eddie O "carolsue1313" wrote: When copying and pasting data with colums from Excel to Word the colums appear expanded and my picture is off the sheet.
