how can i set the "name" and "range" in the "Excel table"??

If you are talking about creating a new table or range, highlight the area
you wish to make a range, then do Insert Name Define, and type the name
you wish to give the range in the small window at the top of the
pop-up.........the "Refers to:" window shows you what range is assigned that
name.

If you are talking about re-setting your "Print Area"...........then
highlight the area you wish to print, then do File Print Area Set Print
Area.
