Is here a simple way to format a cell which contains an email address as
pure text - That is, so that clicking on the cell won't bring up the email program to open a new email? -- PT |

Copy an empty cell, select the addresses (select with the arrow keys), do
editpaste special and select add if you mean when entering an address, just precede entry with ' apostrophe -- Regards, Peo Sjoblom (No private emails please) "PT" wrote in message ...
