Default how can i have certain formulas come up in a specific color

i AM WORKING ON A STAFF SCHEDULE. TIMES ARE ENTER BY A FORMULA. I WOULD LIKE
TO HIGHLIGHT CERTAIN FORMULAS TO COME UP IN A SPECIFC COLOR.

It is considered VERY rude to shout by typing in all CAPS. It's also harder
to read.
