Smile excel formula

Hi,

I am very happy to me a member of this forum. And look forward to have good friendship and help.

well, I wanted you to take directly to the problem which I am facing in excel from few days.

please check this
This is data which I have in (A1 column)

Web Manager at University of Michigan
Information Technology and Services Consultant and Contractor
Senior Mechanical Engineer at Flo Healthcare
Process Analyst at Allstate Insurance

I want to seperate this data like this

(A1 column)Web Manager (B1 column)at University of Michigan
(A1 column)Information Technology and Services Consultant and Contractor
(A1 column)Senior Mechanical Engineer (B1 column)at Flo Healthcare
(A1 column)Process Analyst (B1 column)at Allstate Insurance

I need a formula wherever you see the word "at" from there should get extracted to the next column.

To easy to understand I made a clear cut mentioning columns numbers in above data.

Please help me I have been fighting with this problem.

I would really appreciate your help.

Thanks
