![]() "La Blonde" <La wrote in message ... I received an attachment recently, which, when I opened it, appeared as gobbledegook- I have Windows xp and Offfice 2000 & it seems the attachment was written in Office 2007. I forwarded the e mail and attachment to another computer and it appeared as normal, but the second computer does have Office 2007. I have never ever had this problem before. What has happened-do I need to upgrade to Office 2007 or later? You either need to download and install the Office 2007 Compatibility Pack http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...displaylang=en or get your sender to do a Save As into 97-2003 format. |
