Drop down list
I think that www.contextures.com has some assistance to offer. Look at this
first: http://www.contextures.com/xlDataVal02.html and if that's not exactly what you need, take a look at http://www.contextures.com/tiptech.html and go down and look for Dependent List references, she has several.
