If you don't want people to see that data, then delete those columns
from the source data, and refresh the pivot table.

Default pivot table

PivotTable is a special object and (in most cases) it stores its data in a
'behind the scenes' data set called PivotCache which is stored with the
file.
The show-details-on-double-click feature retrieves the data from that cache.
In order to ensure the recipient of the file will not be able to see the
details for your pivot table I suggest copying and pasting it as values
only. This will destroy the pivot table and pivot cache, too. But this will
guarantee your source data is safe and unavailable for the end user.

Kind regards
