I am using W XP & Excel 2003. I would like to know if there is a way
to sort on more than 3 columns? If so how is it done? Thanks for the help. |

You can use data|sort as many times as you need. Sort by the 3 least important,
then the next 3, then the next 3, ..., until you get to the 3 most important. Maybe you could even record a macro when you do it once (er, as many as you need to) manually. Then just re-run that macro when you need to do it again. trvlnmny wrote: I am using W XP & Excel 2003. I would like to know if there is a way to sort on more than 3 columns? If so how is it done?
