ANyone that can tell me if there is an referance listing for formulas with
all the things like (max,min eg.)
I need so many formulas that it would save me hourers.

Excel Function Dictionary -- by Peter Noneley, is a workbook with an
explanation and example of Excel functions.
Last time I checked Peter's site was down,
Ron de Bruin has a copy of the file for download at his web site,
http://www.rondebruin.nl/id.htm , at the bottom of the page
