Default Error Message when saving a worksheet

I am using Excell 2007 and get the following message when saving a file -
"Your changes could not be saved to 'file name' because of a sharing
violation. Try saving to a different file." This does not happen everytime
that I save the file but every so often.

Could someone please tell me what to do to so this doesn't keep happening.

Some Anti-Virus applications have been known to cause this.

Can you change options in your AV app to ignore Excel files?
