I have a client database that keeps track of substance
abuse meeting held. Every time a client goes to a meeting
a progress note is created. Each client has a client ID.

the problem i'm having is on 04/26/05 a note was created
for client ID 17 and for some reason what ever is typed in
that note shows up on client id 30's note for the 26th.
the problem is only with 04/26/05 note for these 2
clients. i went into the table and tried to delete one of
the 04/26/05 notes and got a message stating

The search key was not found in any record.

what does this mean and how can I fix it and prevent from
it happening again? Your help is greatly appreciated.
