Receiving notifications for other users
Hello,
I signed up at the Microsoft Office discussion group today, and soon after began receiving notifications indicating that somebody replied to my post. However, the notifications were not for any post of mine. In fact, posts that the links led to had not even been replied to. The post by me (only 1 done) has not had a reply yet. -- ST |

Hi Steve,
How very annoying. Especially when you are waiting for reply to your question. Just so you know, this newsgroup is used and answered by the people who use excel. I don't know if microsoft employees trawl through them or not (my guess - not). You can contact the administrator of the newsgroups using this link http://www.microsoft.com/info/privacy.mspx#EAAA and using the "conact us electronically" link. I have used it before and it has been very successful in getting an issue resolved. Hopefully this resolves your problem. Good luck.
