Default increasing the spaces along the botttom- x axis -on graph

Hi,
I have a series of staff names along the bottom of a bar graph. The bar
graph for each staff member is actually several showing data about specif
activities.

How can I get more space between one satff member and the next so as to
declutter the series of bars displayed for each staff name across the x axis?

Cheers
Mike
