Default Protecting Formulas

I have a formula in a cell which is copied to several other cells for future
calculations. How do I prevent the formulas in those cells from being
erased? I am preparing this for others to use.
Thanks in advance.

Hi Keith

the only method is to protect the worksheet ... basically you have to unlock
the cells you want people to get to (select them and choose format / cell /
protection tab and untick locked)
then you have to protect the worksheet
tools /protection / protect sheet
- use a password if you want to stop people from unprotecting the sheet
themselves - however, do be aware that it takes one website and about 2 mins
to break the passwords on worksheet & workbook protection.
