Default Lookup

Hello I am new in building Formulas.
How do I get data to pull for Colum A1 has a date and Data beneath it and
the same for the Colum B and C etc? Hope this make sense.

You need to explain further. Where is the data 'pulled' from? What is the
data?
Can you reproduce part of your worksheet layout here with an indication of
the data (desensitised).
