Try:
=ROUNDUP(A1/5,2)*5

sorry agian...from ur formula the answer will be like below:

#.#1, #.#2, #.#3, #.#4 will become #.#5
#.#6, #.#7, #.#8, #.#9 will become #.#0

but i need...
#.#1, #.#2, will become #.#0
#.#3, #.#4 will become #.#5
#.#6, #.#7 will become #.#5
#.#8, #.#9 will become #.#0
