We are new to Excel Office 2007, although we have used an older version for a
long time. We are frustrated by two things: we can't get the horizontal
scroll bar to appear except in full-screen mode. We have followed all the
instructions to set it up, but it still doesn't appear. And out of the blue,
when we access our one workbook, file, whatever, we are told that it has been
locked up and is read-only and the "other person" --there is none-- has to
notify us when they are finished. Help!
