have worksheet with inventory info
ex.
column1 = emp name
column2 = serial number
column3 = item desc

Need to create word form for each employee with serial number and description

Any advice is appreciated.

Yvonne,

What are you looking to do with the data? Are you looking to run a macro
from this or a pivot table? Maybe just a little more information would help
us answer your question.

Default excel macro copy

I have an inventory spreadsheet that is periodically updated with serial
numbers. Each employee has to sign an inventory form with their individual
items with the serial numbers. I would like to create a spreadsheet that
once the serial numbers are changed, an inventory form is created for that
person with only that row of information.

Spreadsheet list of all inventory
column1 column2 column3 column4
Jane Doe laptop sn08130985080 Toshiba
Jack Smith camera sn01893450890 Kodak

Inventory document for individual employees

Jane Doe

laptop sn08130985080 Toshiba

Date of Removal = 06/13/2008
Date of Return

Signature of Employee

Signature of Supervisor

I would like to create a macro that would automate the form. Is this
possible? Or is there a better way to do this that you could recomment.
