Default training day date calculator

I am working on a spreadsheet that will automatically input dates. To
calculate the day a class graduates. I need for it to exclude weekends and
holidays. It would be best If I could make it use the =A1+1 formula somehow
as we often change dates due to cancellation of training.

TD Date
1 1 Mar
2 2 Mar
3 3 Mar
