how do you archive a file
I just do a "Save-As" and append a date/time code on the end of the filename,
like MyfileName_020408_0835.xls This saves the file as a separate listing, and gives me the notation as to when it was done..... Vaya con Dios, Chuck, CABGx3 "archiveing" wrote: how do i archive files on office 2003 |
