I have excel 2003 and I need to remove duplicates.

I wasn't in on this thread, but I need to thank you for posting, as I
have wondered this for ages. Some minds make the presumption that
"duplicates" are EXACT duplicates, when in fact, I often need to analyze
which of 2 I would like to delete. Thanks (would insert flowers here but
don't know how to)

the file is a contact details collected from multi sources so I would have
something like:

Name Phone #
Company 1 000000000
Company 2 111111111
Company 3 22222222
Company 1 000000001

Thanks, but you need to explain the desired outcome. Do you want a
list of unique companies? Phone numbers? Something else?
