If you happen to use Excel 2007, click on the tab with a picture of a sheet with a star, next to the Sheet 1 tab

In Excel '97........
Right-click on any SheetTab, then choose "Insert" from the drop-down menu
and Double-Left-Click on the "Worksheet" Icon on the next window.
