Default Setting Default Excel 2003 Toolbars

When opening a new workbook in Excel 2003 the Doc Mgr toolbar always opens.
I have gone to ToolsCustomizeToolbars and unchecked the entry but to no
avail. It removes it for the workbook I am currently in but as soon as I
open another workbook, there it is even after exiting out of and restarting
Excel.

What am I missing?

Try tools/add-ins, and deselect the Doc Mgr toolbar (I'm unfamiliar with that
toolbar, but it'd probably be obvious)

Thank you but it was not there either. This tool bar allows you to open an
encrypted file, save an encrypted file, and save as an encrypted file.

Don't know if it helps but it shows up as a drop down menu selection located
between Data and Window as well as a toolbar on list of available toolbars
under ToolsCustomizeToolbars.
