Count AND arguments

Hi there,

I want to count the number of times two seperate things occure in
diffrent rows.

I want to count the times "v" appears in rows C7:AG7 AND the times
someting is put in rows e7:eG7.

So "something" in range e7:eg7 and "v" in range C7:AG7 should increase
the number that is put in A1.

How can I do this?
