Default How do you ID cell precendents/dependents in other sheets?

The arrows displayed by Tools / Formula Auditing / Trace Precedents/
Dependents point to a formula's precedent/dependent cells in the SAME
SHEET as the formula only.

Precedents/dependents in other sheets in the workbook are not
identified.

Doesn't Excel have a 100% functional auditing mode or dialog?

(Or, have I failed to install a Valu-Pak or add-in?)

Thanks much.
