Typing Ctrl +; (that's Control + Semicolon) inserts the current date as a fixed value in a cell Control + Shift + Semicolon (i.e Ctrl+Colon Ctrl+:) inserts the current time -- Regards Roger Govier "Bart" wrote in message ...
