Hi Patty,
Tools, Options, Format, uncheck print B&W

Page Setup, Sheet, Print B&W means will remove interior color, and print font, and borders in black

The opposite is where the colors are missing on the monitor
Colors are only missing on monitor, due to High Contrast Accessibility option.
