Default unable to delete or insert a text box ...

So, I've been revising an Excel document. Now, I am unable to select any text
boxes to delete them. I'm also unable to insert a new text box - that option
is greyed out. I am using Windows Vista, and none of the worksheets are
protected. What gives??

Any chance you have multiple worksheets selected?
