Try and widen the column and see if that helps

Excel sums
Because the cell width is too small
Widen it: (a) double click the bar between the column header and the one to the right to make an exact fit, or (b) drag the bar to make the cell wider, or (c) select column; use Format Columns and set the width best wishes -- Bernard V Liengme www.stfx.ca/people/bliengme remove caps from email "2141233" wrote in message ...
