Default Edit cell value

I would like to change the value in a cell. This is a trivial question. But
what I wanted to know is, how can I change the value without selecting that
particular cell with the mouse, and then making the changes. Say I am using
just my keyboard. How do I edit this value?

you can move around using you tab key - and you can edit directly in
the cell by using the F2 key
