Default recipe card program

I have recipes loaded into windows data base (wdb) and had them converted to
excel. I realized that excel 2003 doesn't have the same recipe program that
wdb had and now I need a place to put those recipes. I see that word has a
template but I don't know how to convert my already data based recipes onto
word either. Any ideas?
